Ghee @ the Hipster Fair!!!

Hi!  I've been pretty busy these days and one of my newest adventures is the Ghee Girl 2016 Competition.  I am excited to be participating in the semi-finals. 

More news ---> the Hipster Fair 2016 opens on February 22nd.  Ghee will be there! Here are just some of the great mix & match pieces you will find there.

The Falon Leather skirt in Pitch with a Sleeveless Turtleneck Bodysuit was perfect for my whirlwind trip to Paris. The mesh skirt is available in your choice of 4 colors and includes 5 standard sizes. The bodysuit? Thirteen delicious colors for spring! There's more!The bodysuit includes Slink, Maitreya & Omega appliers as well as Classic Avatar layers. While you're at the Hipster Fair, don't forget to grab the Buckle Heels I'm wearing. They are available in Black, Gray, & Taupe. There's a hud that allows you to change the lovely accents of the shoe. The adorable hudded Lunchbox purse I am using is also from Ghee and available at the mainstore.

Next it was off to Triborough & Soho New York! This time the azure Falon skirt was perfect with the Nola sweater. I'm wearing the gray, but there are 4 other colors to choose from as well. This mesh sweater is available in 5 standard sizes as well. The Leather Buckled Booties come in gray, black, & taupe and are for Slink High feet. There is a hud so you can change colors on the 'collar' to mix & match with your outfit. The outfit is completed with the Hipster Scarf, mesh & available in 9 colors (shown here in serenity blue), and Thigh Socks. Thirteen colors to choose from and comes with Slink, Maitreya, and Omega appliers as well as Classic Avatar layers.

 Enough running around the big cities for me! Now it's time to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Eclectia wearing Ghee's Flop top & Laced Skirt. These pretty mesh top & bottom separates include 6 fitmesh sizes. The Flop Top, shown here in daffodil, comes in 8 colors, with a hud to change the ruffle. The Laced Shorts are available in 12 colors. I am wearing the serenity blue. A hud is included to change the color of the laces.  Here's the Thigh Socks again, this time in daffodil. The Zooey shoes are another spring and summer must have! Included are shoes for Slink, Maitrey, and TMP flat feet and are available in 9 colors. These cute flats will mix and match dressed up or dressed down!

Fierce Homework!

Well, I am at level 3 at Dallas Modeling Academy (DMA).  I started the blog as part of my classes - but have not posted many of the styling assignments, I might still...but this has blogging as part of the requirement so...

 

The assignment was a fierce look - not an easy thing for me and my usual 'girl next door' look.  Hopefully practice will make perfect, or at least easier ;-)

Trying to do most of the styling from inventory. Part of the Glam Fever outfit from Gizza  (I got it in 2013, but it is still available, and yes it is mesh) and added some extras like these Audrey pumps from Ghee....

Off to London in Lavian Style!

 

Feeling great in my new Lavian outfits, I decided to TP over to SL's London and do a bit of wandering around...and shopping of course!

While it's always extremely hard to choose my favorites in the new Lavian releases...I think this time Catch & Release edges ahead of the bunch.

It's cute, fun, flirty - there's 2 color packages but either one will give you more color & pattern combinations to keep you coming back to it time and time again.  You can style it up or down.

Included are the standard mesh sizes as well as fitmesh for Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, & TMP mesh bodies (I am wearing it with Maitreya's Lara mesh body).

Before heading home I had to take some time to sit under a tree and check out my stuff.  This outfit is another new release from Lavian called New Obsession.

Snowbaby!

I have been wanting this jumpsuit and hoodie from Ghee since the first time I laid eyes on them...aside from the fact it was 'summertime', I loved each and every color and couldn't decide.  Now 'tis the season for wearing warm and fluffy, so I picked the Lavender Frosted Catsuit with the Snowflake Hoodie from Ghee's Candy Collection.  I feel just like a shimmering, sparkling Snow Baby Collectible!!!

Holiday and beyond ... Warm and Cozy with Ghee!

This outfit is Ghee head to toe but the stars of it are the Fur Gilet & Fur hat. Shown here in Hickory - but both are available in other colors as well.  Worn with the Ghee turtleneck, tights, snug boots and mittens...I gotta say, I'm feeling pretty darn cute and chic!  (I am also wearing a Maitreya Lara body)

Another winter 'had to have' for Emi - his great Aran sweater. The neutral sweater with color change fur scarf & sleeves makes it very versatile. Wear it with jeans, leggings, or like me - easy with Ghee's tights, turtleneck, & snug boots. (I am also wearing a Maitreya Lara body)

The upper and lower pictures are both of Ghee "Winter Woolies".  Top is one of the patterned sweaters, bottom...well solid! The sweater comes in standard mesh sizes as well as fitmesh for Maitreya, Belleza, & Slink mesh bodies. Above is the green mix, below is carbon. Of course there are other color choices for mixing and matching with the rest of this great collection....

Perfectly paired with the sweaters are Ghee's new skinny jeans. These are mesh with the same sizing and fits as the sweaters and also available in several colors to personalize your winter look.

Outrageous Sweater Competition for Diveristy Magazine!

I submitted this picture to L'amour's Diversity Magazine's Outrageous Sweater Competition and was one of the winners!

 

I had a lot of fun doing it.

Hilly Haalan's Runway Show!

Last Sunday I had the honor of walking in Hilly Haalan's runway show.  The designs we wore were so amazing we loved presenting what we got but we all wanted each others as well!  Here's the five I got to show.

 

 -LENNY OUTFIT FESTIVE -

There's so much to do before the holidays, getting it all done can be a chore, but looking fabulous doing it?
